Organization of the reception: check in / check out

A direction of traffic in order to limit crossroads and ground markings are installed in the hall and we ask everyone to respect the physical distance, the wearing of a mask is mandatory. Our team is equipped with masks, gloves if necessary and a plexiglass window is installed at the reception desk. We strongly encourage our customers to make their reservation directly on line on our website. The invoice will be sent by email.

Reinforced sanitary protocol 

The hotel was completely disinfected before reopening and our staff, both receptionists and cleaning staff, were trained in the new sanitary protection techniques. The common areas are cleaned regularly and efficiently (lobby, lift, ramps, toilets...). The cleaning in the rooms is accentuated; all the contact points (door handles, switches, remote control, taps...) are disinfected at the departure of each guest. The rooms are ventilated for a long time. Our customers will find hydroalcoholic gel at the reception, at the bar, in the sanitary facilities, as well as in their room as a welcome gift.

Restaurant / Bar

We offer small dishes in your room. You will be able to make your choice from a menu of starters, main courses and desserts in order to enjoy a real meal. We can serve you the drink of your choice in your room. The sale of champagne to take away continues as well as the sale of other products from the Biscuiterie rémoise or the brand "les cornichons".

Equipment

The fitness room is accessible, by appointment, one person at a time. It is disinfected after each client visit. The sauna is closed.
